However, this Angel Studios release most clearly grapples with the interpersonal issues of the life of faith, as even the church capitulates to mass delusion. This film is not a superficial hagiography of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, but it honestly portrays his humanity as he and his circle of pastors struggle to develop their beliefs and ethics. Highly recommend!
