The adventure that follows two foxes who are preparing to become parents for the first time at a time when global warming is changing the rules for everyone. You don’t see many film adaptations of animal documentaries. Judging by this film, that might be a mistake. An exciting and captivating story about two arctic foxes and wide, high-quality shots of arctic nature kept my attention throughout the film. I was surprised by how many plot twists this film had to offer, even though it was just a series of events from the lives of the foxes. Although they were not human, these actors showed ingenuity and evoked empathy quite successfully, as I laughed at the cute little cries of the foxes, was afraid of the loud thumps and barks of the dogs, and felt happy for them when they were reunited after many adventures and the almost inevitable death of the male. Overall, a cute movie, children may like it, but those who were with me at the cinema were not very captivated, unlike me. Thanks to the team of French producers, applause from Ukraine.
